Normal processing time is 1-3 business days. During new releases or sales, our processing time can be 10+ business days.

Refund policy

REFUNDS
RefundΒ requests will only be honored for damaged or defective products within 14 days of receiving the product. (See ReplacementsΒ below if you prefer the damaged or defective item be replaced.)


If the item is not what you expected, we will review your request and discuss options with you.

If you ordered a duplicate of something by mistake, we will not accept returns on those.Β 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request for reasons other than defect or damage.

We alsoΒ reserve the right to issue a refund if the situation warrants, and after review.


This refund policy does not apply to damage caused during shipment. Information about RouteΒ Protection can be found below.

REPLACEMENTS

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately within 30 days ofΒ receipt if an item is found to be defective or damaged (other than shipping damage). We will gladly send a replacementΒ item free of charge. If the product becomes damaged due to user error, the product will not be replaced.Β 


INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
If you receive the incorrect item(s) in your package, or there is an item missing, send an email to support@ritzydips.comΒ immediately upon receipt.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, we cannot acceptΒ returns or exchanges on any product.Β 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled only before processing begins. Once an order has entered fulfillment, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

GIFT CARDS
We do not accept refund requests or exchanges on gift cards.


ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION
With each purchase made from our company, we offer Route Package Protection. If you choose
to not purchase Route Package Protection, we will not cover or replace a package that is lost,
stolen or damaged during transit. We do not and cannot control what happens with your package
after it leaves our facility and before it reaches your hands. Route is a very inexpensive way to
ensure against shipping issues for both parties involved. For more information on Route Package Protection, visit their website at www.route.com.


FILING A ROUTE CLAIM


You should file a claim with Route at https://claims.route.com/ in the following circumstances:


1. Tracking shows that your package was delivered but is not in your mailbox within 5
business days.
2. Tracking shows your package as pre-transit for 14 business days.
3. The contents of your package are missing, broken, spilled, or damaged during transit.
4. Tracking shows your package has not moved for 7 business days.


*A business day is defined as any day that is not a Saturday or Sunday or a federal holiday.
