**If your inquiry has to do with post office issues please contact your local post office for solutions. If your order has been lost, stolen, damaged, or stuck in transit you can file a Route claim here https://claims.route.com. We absolutely want you to have your items in a timely manner, but once we drop it off at the post office it is completely out of our hands, unfortunately. USPS or route can best assist you if this is your concern.

If your package was damaged, please contact Route Package Protection to file a claim. If you did not have route insurance, Ritzy Dips is not responsible, and we will not be able to replace your order and/or damaged item. Please read our policy here.

If you are inquiring about your transaction or order confirmation, please check your junk or spam folder.

Gift cards will be emailed to you immediately after checking out. If the gift card is a gift for someone else, simply forward the email to the recipient.

Shop hours for pickup are Mon-Thurs 9-4, Fri 9-3. The shop is closed for pickups on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. We do not usually respond to email inquiries on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays to allow ourselves family time.
