**If your inquiry has to do with post office issues please contact your local PO for solutions. If your order has been lost, stolen, damaged, or stuck in transit you can file a claim with https://claims.route.com. We absolutely want you to have your items in a timely manner, but once we drop it off at the post office it’s completely out of our hands, unfortunately. USPS or route can best assist you if this is your concern
If your package was damaged then please contact route insurance directly, let them know that the package and what specific item was damaged. If you did not have route insurance then Ritzy Dips is not responsible and we will not be able to replace your order and/or damaged item. Please read our policy here.
If you are inquiring about your transaction/confirmation, please check your junk mail folder first before emailing.
If you are asking where gift cards will be mailed to or how to get them, they are emailed to you immediately after checking out, you can then forward them to whoever they were intended for.
Office hours are Mon-Thurs 9-4 & Fri 9-3. Emails are not read during the weekend or Holidays.
