Step 3-- Activator

Activator is used AFTER you are done dipping. This will harden the dip powder and seal in all the layers.
How to use:
Apply a generous amount of Activator to all the nails and let sit for 1-2 mins. Then file and buff the nails. After filing and buffing, rinse nails with just water and then apply another generous amount of Activator to all the nails, this time only waiting 30 seconds. Then wipe nails off with a lint free wipe or paper towel before applying Step 4 Top coat.
