Purple Holo Spooky Tree, Hand & Eye Decals

To apply: 

Peel decal off with tweezers and stick it on top of the dip powder BEFORE encapsulating in clear powder (Glass).  Once adhered, apply a layer of base coat and dip into the clear powder. Continue as normal from there.
